We do all of our scheduling online through our appointment scheduling portal. Once you create a username and password, you can log in anytime, schedule and view all of your appointments. We strongly recommend you schedule your next visit at the end of each visit, or set up a standing time and day according to your treatment plan as we do fill up quickly.

Treatment Fees

Effective January 1, 2024

New Patient Evaluation and Treatment: $130

  • (90 minutes)

  • Please note all patient health history information must be completed 24 hours before you arrive for your first treatment. Fill out all forms on our online scheduling platform.

Return Patient Treatment: $95.00

  • (60 minutes)

Introductory Package: $255

  • Three sessions including your new patient evaluation (90 mins) and two treatments (60 min)

  • Savings of $65

  • All three introductory sessions must be scheduled and used within 30 days. We will have to deduct a treatment from your package with a cancellation of less than 24 hours prior to your appointment.

3-60 Minute Return Treatments: $255

  • Savings of $30

5 Treatments: $435

  • Savings of $40

10 Treatments: $870

  • Savings of $80

  • 30 minute add-on to your treatment: $45

Credit card/Payment

We will place your credit card on file and charge it when your appointment is completed. If you cancel less then 24 hours we will charge your credit card 50%.

We also accept cash and flexible spending FSA/HSA debit cards.

Cancellations

We understand that unplanned circumstances come up and you might need to cancel an appointment. If that happens, we respectfully ask for scheduled appointments to be canceled at least 24 hours in advance. We will need to charge you 50% of your appointment.

We want to be available for you, and for the needs of all of our patients. When a patient does not show up for a scheduled appointment, another patient loses an opportunity to be treated. This policy will enable us to open otherwise unused appointments to better serve all patients in the clinic. 

Insurance

We are an out-of-network provider. We do not accept insurance. However we can provide you with a super bill to submit to your health insurance for reimbursement if your plan covers out-of-network acupuncture services.

Please note: insurance plans reimburse based on their internal metrics in accordance with your plan documents. Please note: this may not be the full reimbursement cost for my fees.
